The Beloit Trojans stacked a fifth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They blew past Ulysses 72-51. Beloit's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
It was another big night for Bryce Beisner, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Eli Johnson, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds.
Beloit's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-0. As for Ulysses, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.
Beloit will challenge Colby on Friday. Colby will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. Ulysses won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Liberty at 8:15 p.m. on January 19th.
