Bishop Hendricken is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Rhode Island's top teams: Cranston West, who was ranked 18th at the time (Bishop Hendricken was ranked fifth). The Hawks blew past the Falcons 3-0 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Hawks in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won three in a row.
The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The final score came out to 26-24, 27-25, 25-20.
