Not much got past Jared Hollabaugh, who gave up just a hit to keep Fairfield off the board. Biglerville is undefeated when Hollabaugh allows one or fewer hits, but 4-10 otherwise.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Caleb Woolson, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Cooper Karalus, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Biglerville hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Dover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 4-0 to Eastern York.

Dover's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Biglerville has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.3 hits per game. It's a different story for Dover, though, as they've been averaging 8.9 hits. Given Biglerville's sizable advantage in that area, the Eagles will need to find a way to close that gap.
Biglerville came out on top in a nail-biter against Dover in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, sneaking past 5-3. Will the Canners repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
