Cordell will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Hollis at 7:00 PM. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Cordell suffered a grim 14-39 defeat to Hobart last Thursday. The state rankings had actually given Cordell a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Hollis, and their contest last Friday only extended their streak of losses to eight. They found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 0-30 punch to the gut against Frederick.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
