The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Norfolk Collegiate has scored all season.
Norfolk Collegiate lost on Saturday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Brennan Chatman, who scored 19 points. Chatman scored a full 37.3% of Norfolk Collegiate's points, the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Justin Burrough, who scored 14 points.
Norfolk Collegiate's loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 12-3. As for Severn School, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.
Norfolk Collegiate will head out on the road to face off against Smithfield at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Smithfield will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak. As for Severn School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Mary's at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. St. Mary's is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
