Holy Cross took down Bishop Brossart 59-9 last week, the largest margin of any game. Jalen Beal ran for 128 yards and caught two passes for 48 yards in the win.

Holy Cross' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Burt Pouncy helped Holy Cross' passing attack out by catching two balls for 39 yards.
Mitch Trail put up the best numbers through the air as Bruce Kozerski's team bested Bishop Brossart. He finished with five completions for 86 yards and one touchdown.
The Indians' Trail and Pouncy have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Trail has thrown for 667 yards this season, while Pouncy, a 5-foot-10 receiver, has 21 catches for 398 yards. Matt Reinhart's team's Jacob Elbert leads the league in rushing yards with 1093.
Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when Holy Cross takes on Newport Central Catholic. The Indians' offense has recorded 275 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while the Thoroughbreds have permitted only 153 on the year.

The Thoroughbreds made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,660 from 6,065. The improvement came about via a 49-0 victory over Newport last week.
