The Box Elder Bees will face off against the Olympus Titans at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Box Elder will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
Box Elder is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They walked away with a 9-5 victory over Bonneville. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
Lucy Braegger spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and two unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up 12 Ks.

On the hitting side, Lucy Griffin was incredible, firing off two home runs, four runs, and four RBI while going 3-for-4. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Brooke Richards, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two RBI.
Box Elder hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least three batters in seven consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Olympus, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They skirted past Clearfield 2-1.
Olympus also let their pitcher toss all seven innings and she was also dialed-in: Charlie Turner gave up a run (which was unearned) on six hits.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Allisson Robles, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.
Box Elder's win was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 26-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.6 runs over those games. As for Olympus, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 17 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season.
Tuesday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Box Elder has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .528. However, it's not like Olympus struggles in that department as they've averaged .479. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Box Elder skirted past Olympus 1-0 in their previous matchup back in May of 2018. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bees since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
