The Oviedo Lions will challenge the Hagerty Huskies at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Oviedo will be strutting in after a  win while Hagerty will be coming in after a  defeat.
Oviedo is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have   all season. They never let Trinity Prep get on the board and left with  a   17-0  victory  on Tuesday. The  win was a breath of fresh air for the Lions as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
 Jodi Skinner looked comfortable as she  pitched three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   four  hits. The dominant performance also gave  her a new career-high in  strikeouts (three).

 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Maile Dunn, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, seven  RBI,  and three  runs. Those  three  hits gave  her a new career-high.  Ahmaya Wheeler was another key player,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances.

 Alexis Williamson was a  force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: she  pitched six innings while giving up  three earned  (and one unearned) runs off   five  hits.
 On the hitting side,  Alexandra Beldowicz made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with one  home run and two  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ana Roman, who  went 2-for-4 with one  home run and one  stolen base.
 Oviedo's victory bumped their record up to 3-19. As for Hagerty, their loss dropped their record down to 14-6.
