Meanwhile, Second Baptist had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31.9 points), and they went ahead and made it ten on Tuesday. They strolled past The Woodlands Christian Academy with points to spare, taking the game 74-58.
Second Baptist's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Christian Haskett, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Dyllan Thompson, who scored 18 points along with nine rebounds.
Lutheran South Academy's win bumped their record up to 12-13. As for Second Baptist, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season.
