This season hasn't been kind to the Tenoroc Titans, who are still winless after their 15th contest. They had to suffer through a rough 83-51 loss at the hands of Frostproof. While losing is never fun, Tenoroc can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 746th, while Frostproof is ranked 311th).
It was another big night for Sevastian Rosado, who scored 36 points along with nine steals and eight rebounds for Frostproof. That makes it nine consecutive games in which Rosado has scored at least a third of Frostproof's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Turral Berry, who scored 13 points.
Tenoroc bumped their record down to 0-15 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Frostproof, their victory bumped their record up to 13-5.
Tenoroc will be playing in front of their home fans against Ridgeview Global Studies Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Frostproof won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against All Saints' Academy at 8:00 p.m. on January 23rd.
