Bloomfield lost against Kirtland Central back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Tuesday. The Bobcats fell just short of the Broncos by a score of  3-2. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
 Bloomfield took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 23-25, 19-25, 25-10,  15-8.
 Sophia Gallegos paced Bloomfield's offense, picking up 13 kills. Gallegos got some help from  Devyn Dahozy and her 31 assists.  Tiana Williamson controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
Bloomfield's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Kirtland Central, they pushed their record up to 14-3 with the  victory, which was their 16th straight  at home dating back to last season.
 We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Bloomfield will  square off against  rival Shiprock  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Meanwhile, Kirtland Central is set to  face off against  their familiar foe Gallup  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
