Eastside made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Boiling Springs, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Eagles were the clear victors by an 11-3 margin over the Bulldogs on Wednesday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by six runs or more this season.

Eastside pushed their record up to 11-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Boiling Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.
