Meanwhile, DuBois Central Catholic waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Crusaders. That's two games straight that the Cardinals have won by exactly ten runs.

He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 11 over six innings pitched. The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Monday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Cranberry Area has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 8.5 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like DuBois Central Catholic struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 10.3 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
