Union Academy stacked  a  seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They never let the Albemarle Bulldogs onto the board and left with  a   17-0  win. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Union Academy.
  Nick Henry made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out nine batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (and only one walk). Henry was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  Carter Devore was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-2.  Zamarion "Elijah" Shine was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-2.
 Union Academy's victory was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 8-4. They've been dominating during the  contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 18.7 runs. As for Albemarle, they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-6.
 Union Academy will have some time to savor their  win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Mount Pleasant at 7:00  p.m.  on April 9th.
