Schlagle hadn't done well against Sumner Academy recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Schlagle Stallions secured a 56-50 W over the Sumner Academy Sabres. This was a revenge game for the Stallions: when they faced off against the Sabres back in January, they had to take a 51-46 loss.

Schlagle's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-10. As for Sumner Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-10-1 record this season.

Schlagle will challenge Atchison at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Sumner Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
