The biggest upset of the week belonged to McKee Vo-Tech, who took down 244th ranked Madison, 22-0.
Lafayette extended the longest winning streak in PSAL Bowl this week by beating Springfield Gardens, 14-6. The victory was the sixth in a row for the team.
Jamaica's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Beavers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Shean Harrison has thrown for 543 yards and three touchdowns this season, while abdul rahm Ibrahim has 14 catches for 436 yards. Craig Henry leads the league in rushing with 535 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Lafayette takes on South Shore. Thomas Vitola Jr.'s team is in first place, while the Vikings are in third place.
The Patriots moved up to 292 from 347 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in PSAL Bowl. Lafayette was able to make the jump by besting the Golden Eagles 14-6.
