Castaic waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Lakeview Charter Lions 74-8. That looming 74-8 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Coyotes yet this season.

Castaic's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Connor L, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Dax G, who put up 11 points.

Castaic's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Lakeview Charter, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

After both having extra time off, Castaic and Burroughs will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 3:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Castaic is facing Burroughs at the right time seeing as Burroughs is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Lakeview Charter, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Lakeview Charter Lions duke it out with the Palmdale Academy Charter School Jaguars at 9:00 a.m. on January 2, 2025.
