 Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Garces Memorial's offense. They came up short against  Bakersfield Christian last Friday, falling  11-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  loss the Rams have suffered  since May 2, 2024.
 Garces Memorial's defeat was  their fourth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Lompoc, their victory bumped their record up to 18-10.
