South-Doyle won the last time they faced Pigeon Forge and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cherokees won by a goal and slipped past the Tigers 3-2. The win was nothing new for South-Doyle as they're now sitting on six straight.

Karl Henkenjohann and Jude Straussfogel scored all three of South-Doyle's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 24 goals.

South-Doyle's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those four contests. As for Pigeon Forge, their loss dropped their record down to 9-3-1.

South-Doyle has already played their next matchup, a 6-0 victory against Alcoa on the 17th. As for Pigeon Forge, they are taking a road trip to face off against Gatlinburg-Pittman at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
