Evan Benfer Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Monroeville got the W thanks in part to Evan Benfer playing the best football he has all season. Benfer rushed for 151 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.9 yards per carry, and also threw for 55 yards and a touchdown.
The win for Monroeville keeps them at an undefeated 7-0. Benfer and Monroeville will head out on the road to challenge Mapleton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Monroeville picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Landen Roeder. Roeder did his part (and then some), rushing for 121 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries for the 'W'.
For the year, Roeder has run in 10 touchdowns while averaging 103.3 rushing yards per game.

Gavin Barker and Co. Win Third in a Row
Gavin Barker was instrumental in extending Crestview's winning streak to three on Friday. Plymouth had no answer to Barker as he rushed for 46 yards and a touchdown.
This season, Barker has averaged 21.1 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 1.14 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 43 rushing yards.

Ayden Reymer Makes It Two for Crestview

Reymer must have Plymouth's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Reymer saw the Big Red), he rushed for 209 yards and four touchdowns on only eight carries.
