Southeastern Christian Academy had won six straight home games dating back to last season and Uzziah Marlowe did his part to make it seven on Saturday. The Warriors enjoyed a cozy 61-44 victory over the Triad Baptist Christian Academy Titans with plenty of help from Marlowe, who went 6-for-13 to rack up 20 points along with six rebounds and four steals. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.5 points per game.

Another player making a difference was Kaleb Young, who posted two points and ten boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played.

When it comes to explaining why Triad Baptist Christian Academy lost, don't look at Jayden Pringle. Despite the final result, he shot 43% from the field on his way to 19 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals. Cole Thacker was another key player, putting up seven points and six boards.

Southeastern Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Triad Baptist Christian Academy, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 8-3.
