The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Mulvane in their matchups with McPherson: they've now lost four in a row.
Mulvane's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Manny Myers, who threw for 118 yards and a touchdown, and Lucas Sorensen who picked up 41 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Mulvane's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 3-6. As for McPherson, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-3.
