With that strong performance,  he is now averaging an impressive 106  receiving yards per game. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tradon Bessinger, who threw for 255 yards and a pair of  touchdowns while picking up 11.1 yards per attempt.
 Davis' victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Layton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
