Freeman gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They blew past the Fairbury Jeffs 3-0. The Falcons were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Jeffs, so the Falcons were just returning the favor.

Freeman will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against Sterling on Tuesday. As for Fairbury, they have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Wood River on the 30th.
