Basketball Recap: Southeastern Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

While Southeastern didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 56-44 win over the Alexander Spartans on Saturday. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spartans, too.

Southeastern's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-2. As for Alexander, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Southeastern will head out on the road to face off against Adena at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Southeastern is facing Adena at the right time seeing as Adena is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Alexander, they will be home for the holidays to greet Meigs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meigs has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 234 points over their last three games.
