Volleyball Recap: Central Plains Gets the Win

Central Plains won the last time they faced Chase and things went their way on Saturday too. The Oilers came out on top against the Kats by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Oilers.

Their offense was headlined by Lilly Hurley and Lynden Hekele, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Taylin Davis and her eight assists. Audrey Mostyn controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Central Plains' victory bumped their record up to 12-20. As for Chase, their loss dropped their record down to 0-27.

Central Plains wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Otis-Bison on the 11th. As for Chase, they will face off against St. John on Tuesday.
