That makes it four consecutive games in which Velez has scored at least 25% of Vine Christian Academy's points. Kaleb Velez was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Vine Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Central Pointe Christian Academy, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-3.
