Nate Bonsall was a major factor no matter where he played. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, he posted two strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Asher Manning was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Those four stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Chase Parise, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Coatesville). They blew past Bishop Shanahan 18-4 on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Red Raiders sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
