Adding to the longest winning streak in 9-Man Region 3 (9 Man) this week, Westhope/Newburg/Glenburn beat Towner-Granville-Upham 44-12. The victory was the fifth in a row for the Sioux.
Westhope/Newburg/Glenburn took down the Titans 44-12 last week, the largest margin of any game. Hunter Braaten threw for 123 yards and 1 touchdown and ran for 310 yards in the win.
The Sioux's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Braaten chipped in 310 yards. Trent Marquart helped Westhope/Newburg/Glenburn's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 20 yards.
