S & S Consolidated's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brayden Turner led the charge by scoring 18 points along with 8 rebounds. The matchup was Turner's seventh in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenny Melton, who scored 13 points along with 3 steals.
Calvary Academy now has a losing record at 2-3. As for S & S Consolidated, they pushed their record up to 3-5 with that win, which was their third straight at home.
Calvary Academy will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Bridgeport at 9:00 a.m. on December 2nd. Bridgeport is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak. As for S & S Consolidated, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bowie at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
