For Kosciusko's part, Aidan Howard made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Howard was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
In other batting news, Barrett Kuhn was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, a triple, and a double. Braxton Smith was another key contributor, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
Amory's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Kosciusko, their win bumped their record up to 17-12.
