The Cedar Creek Pirates's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by Atlantic City on the road and fell 73-46. Cedar Creek has struggled against Atlantic City recently, as their game on Monday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Atlantic City can attribute much of their success to Khajuan Roseborough, who scored 20 points along with six assists and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Chris Finks, who scored 16 points.
Cedar Creek's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Atlantic City, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cedar Creek will take on Bridgeton at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Bridgeton focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Monday. As for Atlantic City, they will head out on the road to face off against Atlantic County Institute of Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
