Jazmine Enriquez made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Enriquez was even better at the plate, scoring two runs while going 4-for-6. What's more, she also posted four hits, the most she's had since back in April of 2024.
In other batting news, Naohmi Tapia and Victoria Ochoa did most of the damage at the plate: Tapia scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-5, while Ochoa scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in four of her six plate appearances. Those two stolen bases gave Tapia a new career-high. Krysti Thao was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-5.
