The Napa Grizzlies lost against the Justin-Siena Braves on January 5th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Napa received a tough blow as they fell 57-38 to Justin-Siena. Napa has struggled against Justin-Siena recently, as their match on Tuesday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Several Grizzlies players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jayden Quintana, who scored ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Williams, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
Napa's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Justin-Siena, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Napa will take on American Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. American Canyon presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Napa in California (American Canyon is ranked 180th, while Napa is ranked 607th). As for Justin-Siena, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Casa Grande at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Casa Grande is no doubt hoping to put an end to a six-game streak of away losses.
