The Nuniwarmiut Herders pushed their score all the way to 55 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They had to suffer through a rough 102-55 loss at the hands of Chaputnguak. Nuniwarmiut has not had much luck with Chaputnguak recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Ashton Matthew continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Chaputnguak, scoring 51 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Matthew has scored at least a third of Chaputnguak's points. Another player making a difference was Robert Jimmy II, who scored 23 points.
Nuniwarmiut has not been sharp recently as the team has lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Chaputnguak, the win got them back to even at 8-8.
Nuniwarmiut does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Chaputnguak also has no future games currently scheduled.
