The Lititz Christian Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They took a 58-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of Meadowbrook Christian.
Lititz Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Eddie Vega, who scored 12 points along with seven steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Caeden Harmon, who scored 12 points along with two blocks.
Lititz Christian dropped their record down to 6-10 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Meadowbrook Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 7-9.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lititz Christian will take on Covenant Christian Academy at 7:35 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Meadowbrook Christian, they will head out on the road to square off against Northumberland Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northumberland Christian is coming into the contest hot, having won their last eight games.
