Akari Daniels Tops All Others This Week
Starting off the list is Ron Brown's Akari Daniels, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Daniels picked up 18 receiving yards.

Isaiah Morgan Puts an End to Mckinley Tech's Losing Streak on Friday
Thanks in part to Isaiah Morgan, McKinley Tech said goodbye to their three-game losing streak. Morgan was excellent on Friday, picking up two sacks, forcing a fumble, and making ten total tackles (3.0 for loss). Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 5.8 total tackles per game.

Devin Parks Delivers Best Performance of Season
Sadly, Devin Parks posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Anacostia over Ron Brown on Saturday. Parks wasn't messing around, picking up three sacks and making 11 total tackles. The matchup was his fifth straight with two or more sacks. He has become a key player for Anacostia: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two sacks, but 0-4 otherwise.
Anacostia's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. Parks and Anacostia will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on McKinley Tech at 6:00 p.m. on November 1st.

Andre Johnson Dazzles in Mckinley Tech Victory
The second McKinley Tech player making an appearance here is Andre Johnson, and for good reason. He threw for 120 yards and three touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
Johnson and McKinley Tech will host Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Johnson will have to deal with Malcom Mccraw, who's been a dominant force in the Indians' backfield. Will Mccraw keep Johnson contained, or will Johnson turn in another impressive offensive performance? There's only one way to know for sure.

Antonio Washington Rounds Out Top Five
Rounding off our Top Five is Antonio Washington of Bell. Washington rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 76 yards.
Unfortunately for Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Washington. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Washington saw the Panthers), he picked up 69 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
