Bishop Brady came tearing into  Monday's  contest with ten straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.2 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single  run of losing the streak, but they secured  a   5-4 W against the Monadnock Huskies. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  victory the Giants have posted  since April 16th.
 Payton Bryson made a splash while hitting and pitching. She  struck out eight batters over  seven innings while giving up just one earned  (and three unearned) runs off   nine  hits. She was also big at the plate,  firing off two  home runs, three  runs,  and one  stolen base while going 3-for-4. Those  two  home runs gave  her a new career-high.

Bishop Brady's win was  their sixth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 12-2-1.
