There's no place like home for the Turlock Bulldogs, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past Livingston 63-32 at home. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 43-18.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Turlock to victory, but perhaps none more so than Izaak Saenz, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Saenz has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Knoland Harris, who scored 15 points.
Despite the loss, Livingston saw an underclassman step up: Adrian Aguirre scored 12 points. Jayshaan Bains was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
Turlock now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Livingston, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.
Turlock will be playing at home against Davis at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Davis will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 1016th, while Turlock is ranked 418th). As for Livingston, they will head out on the road to face off against Patterson at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Averaging 64.8 so far this season, Patterson's high-powered offense has been in full-swing lately, so Livingston better be ready for a challenge.
