The Hockinson Hawks lost against the Washougal Panthers back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Hockinson had to suffer through a rough 63-21 loss at the hands of Washougal. Hockinson has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
It was another big night for Holden Bea, who rushed for 99 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also threw for 311 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes. Another player making a difference was William Cooper, who rushed for 109 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries.
Hockinson's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Washougal, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-2.
Hockinson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Washougal will square off against Ridgefield at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Ridgefield is looking to tack on another W to their five-game streak on the road.
