The Centerburg Trojans will venture away from home to take on the Utica Redskins at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Centerburg is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season.
The home team had come away the winner the last four times Centerburg and Northmor had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Trojans were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Golden Knights on Thursday. The matchup marked the Trojans' most dominant victory of the season so far.
Not much got past Morgan Beaver, who gave up just two hits and racked up seven Ks to keep Northmor off the board. Beaver has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.
