There's no place like home for the Alisal Trojans, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Friday. They managed a 46-42 victory over Stevenson on Saturday. For Alisal, this counts as revenge for the 71-51 loss Stevenson walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2022.
Kike Jacinto was the offensive standout of the match as he scored 10 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 steals. Diego Hernandez was another key contributor, scoring 8 points.
Alisal's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points per game. As for Stevenson, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Alisal will head out on the road to face off against Gilroy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stevenson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rio Americano at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
