Twin Valley is on a nine-game streak of home wins, while Trinity is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Raiders will welcome the Shamrocks at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Twin Valley's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last three matches.
On Monday, Twin Valley made easy work of Daniel Boone and carried off a 20-3 win. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by seven runs or more this season.
Maggie Stoltzfus was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs and two RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March.

Both the two teams just can't seem to miss. Twin Valley has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 11.2 hits per game. However, it's not like Trinity struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 4.6 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance. Check MaxPreps after the action for a full breakdown of the game and more softball content.
