3A Greater St. Helens recap November 13, 2013
Mountain View extended the longest winning streak in 3A Greater St. Helens this week by beating Mountlake Terrace, 31-21. The win marks sixth in a row for the the Thunder.
Kelso made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,020 from 8,008. The improvement was largely due to a 49-7 victory over the Hilanders last week.
Mountain View's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Thunder feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Lex Reese has thrown for 857 yards and 8 touchdowns this season, while Nick Wilmoth has 7 catches for 273 yards.
Mountain View led the league in scoring this week by notching 31 points on the Hawks. Austin Mace ran for 150 yards in the win.
