Jaxon Carlson Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Saturday, Sedgwick County got the W thanks in part to Jaxon Carlson playing the best football he has all season. Carlson rushed for 310 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 14.1 yards per carry, and also threw for 75 yards and two touchdowns. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (104.2). He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 86-yard run.
Unfortunately for Dayspring Christian Academy, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Carlson. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Carlson saw the Eagles), he rushed for 145 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.6 yards per carry, and also threw for 130 yards and a touchdown on only eight passes.
