Andover Central got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Hayden Snodgrass out in front who scored 17 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Snodgrass hasn't dropped below 17 points for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Avery Mason, who scored 12 points.
The win makes it two in a row for Andover Central and bumps their season record up to 6-8. As for Eisenhower, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Andover Central will take on the Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Kansas (Salina Central is ranked 135th, while the Jaguars are ranked 150th). As for Eisenhower, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Salthawks at 6:00 p.m. Hutchinson is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
