Everything went their way against the St. Anthony's Friars as they made off with an 11-1 win. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Cougars' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

As for St. Anthony's, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for they, who until this game were averaging 2.94 runs allowed.

For St. Anthony's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Anthony Carlo, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases. Carlo has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times he's played.
