Kansas School for the Deaf had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They steamrollered Wisconsin School for the Deaf 48-6. That result is just more of the same for Kansas School for the Deaf, who also won the last time these teams played. This was the first game for both teams, giving Kansas School for the Deaf a 1-0 record and starting Wisconsin School for the Deaf off at 0-1.
Kansas School for the Deaf will look to defend their home turf next week against Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf at 2:00 PM. Wisconsin School for the Deaf will stay at home against New Mexico School for the Deaf at 2:00 PM.
