The Whitmer Panthers will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Bowsher BlueRacers at 6:30 p.m. Whitmer has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Last Thursday, Whitmer didn't have too much trouble with Northview at home as they won 52-35.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Whitmer to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jada Shoup, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. Shoup is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight. Another player making a difference was Mackenzie Royal-davis, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
In what's become a running theme this season, Bowsher gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They blew past Waite 60-10 on the road.
Whitmer now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Bowsher, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 11-9 record this season.
