Kelly Catholic won the last time they faced Cypress Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Kelly Catholic Bulldogs walked away with a 49-38 victory over the Cypress Christian Warriors. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Cypress Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Roman Escobar and Jonathan Quarles. Escobar posted 12 points and three steals, while Quarles dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds. That's the most steals Escobar has posted since back in November of 2024.

Kelly Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-16 record this season. As for Cypress Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-19.

Kelly Catholic will head out on the road to square off against The Woodlands Christian Academy on Friday. As for Cypress Christian, they will take on Frassati Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
